Well my newest obsession is not what most of you would think. A friend at work and I were talking one day about bike riding. She said " You should do the trail ride this year". I mentioned this conversation to my husband and said if I am going to do this I need a new bike. So within a couple days we went to look at bikes at the local bike shop. We really did just go in to look. Before we left town that day we both had new bikes. Mine had to be ordered so I told them to hold his and when mine came in we would be back to pick them both up.
A week later My New bike was in. We brought them home and had to take them for a ride the first night. I had a odometer/Speedometer put on mine so we could keep track of how far we were riding. First Night we rode 7 miles. I was shocked, really I have not been on a bike in about 3 years how can I ride that far.
Well it has now been a week we have rode 61 miles. We have been out every evening for some amount of riding. Today we rode about 20 miles. We rode 13.5 miles this morning and a little over 6 tonight.
So the ride that got us going is August 13th, 2011. We will be riding approximately 16 miles.
Oh ya as a photo nut everytime we go out I grab my camera and if I find a place that I think would be a great background we have to stop and take a picture. So watch for pictures in the future, they could even be in the form of a scrapbook page. All my loves in one place.
